Summary

Those who attend the AIA Public Architects Knowledge Community Webnar on Project Delivery Strategies will learn about:
  1. The fundamental processes and differences between the three most commonly used delivery methods; Design-bid-build, Design/Build and CM/GC.
  2. When to use these delivery methods' and when to avoid them as well as the pro's and con's of each.
  3. New delivery methods or systems, like Rotation, LEEN construction and Integrated Project Delivery and the logic and process driving these creative systems.
This exposure to these delivery methods will help both the public architect and the practicing architect provide better services, understand their roll in the projects and add value to the project.
