Webinar Overview

Why do companies often struggle to bring product development projects in on time and on budget? And, how can companies better manage their product lifecycle to achieve greater success and competitive advantage?
In his Harvard Business Review article "The Six Myths of Product Development," Harvard Business School Professor Stefan Thomke identified six common fallacies that cause product development delays, undermine quality, and raise costs--and provided practical guidelines for overcoming these common fallacies.
On November 8, in a complimentary, interactive Harvard Business Review webinar, Thomke will discuss and debunk these common product development fallacies, share practical guidelines for overcoming them, describe how companies can use PLM and other tools to improve their product development ROI and achieve competitive advantage—and fundamentally change the paradigm for product development.
To get started in dramatically improving your product development processes and results, join Professor Thomke and HBR on November 8.
