Aerospace and defense manufacturers are under severe financial pressure in the current economic climate and must find new ways to streamline efficiency and compliance. This critical path for profitability relies on establishing a complete end-to-end information flow, both through the offices as well as the manufacturing facilities. Fortunately for companies, there are systems and processes available today tailored for project manufacturers that can simplify this process.  Join us to hear how one industry analyst with 25 years in the manufacturing software industry utilized this opportunity to create a new foundation for business success. In this AIA members-only webinar, ATK and Iyno Advisors will outline how and why their companies have invested in the people, processes and systems that provide the critical information needed to make and execute better decisions faster.
