How does it work?

The live audio is delivered direct to your office over the telephone to provide clear, reliable sound quality. The program is live and interactive; you will be able to ask questions of the presenter or presenters and participate in audience polling questions.

Some events also include a visual presentation, delivered via the Internet, which you may view on your personal computer. You may wish to use a projector system to allow for group viewing. The visual presentation enhances the seminar through the use of images, charts, and annotations, and displays polling results graphically.

Use a speakerphone and invite your entire firm to attend for one price. The site license makes this a great investment. You pay one fee and you can ask as many people to listen in as you wish. Each site is entitled to:

• One (1) set of materials, if applicable (the person who registers for the seminar receives the handout by e-mail and may make copies only for those who attend)
• One (1) toll-free telephone connection to the seminar
• For events that include a Webcast, one (1) Internet connection to the seminar
